By accessing or using QuinnOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
QuinnOS is an AI operating system that provides autonomous capabilities for service businesses. The Service includes pre-built capabilities and optional custom capability development.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. One-time setup fees apply for onboarding and custom work. You are responsible for all charges. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
You agree to use QuinnOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
Custom capabilities are developed on a project basis. Scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Custom capabilities become part of your QuinnOS instance but the underlying technology remains proprietary to QuinnOS Inc.
QuinnOS, its software, documentation, and pre-built capabilities are proprietary to QuinnOS Inc. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle data, including third-party integrations and data rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuinnOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access ends at billing period end. Local data remains yours. We may terminate for violation of Terms.
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
