Your Data Never Leaves Your Machine

1. Local-First by Default

QuinnOS is designed to run entirely on your local machine. All processing, storage, and decision-making happen locally unless you explicitly enable optional hybrid/cloud features.

2. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary for QuinnOS to function:

• Configuration data (e.g., CRM API keys, preferences) — stored locally encrypted.
• Usage analytics (anonymous, opt-in) — for product improvement.
• No client or lead data is collected by us in local mode.

3. Data Storage & Encryption

All local data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard algorithms. Secrets (API keys) are stored in your OS keystore.

4. Optional Hybrid/Cloud Mode

If you enable hybrid features (e.g., multi-device sync), only explicitly configured data is transmitted — encrypted end-to-end. You control what syncs.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When connecting to external services (HubSpot, Twilio, etc.), data shared is governed by their policies. QuinnOS never stores your third-party credentials in the cloud.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export all your data
• Delete all data (uninstall + cloud deletion request)
• Opt out of any cloud features
• Request information about data processing

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.
